The Novation Campus is a master-planned redevelopment of approximately 70 acres of land assembled over time by companies affiliated with The Alexander Company. The combined parcel, which is boarded by Rimrock Road, the Beltline, and US Hwy 14, is the last major undeveloped parcel immediately adjacent to the Beltline interchange. Unlike most other connector streets that intersect the Beltline such as Midvale/Verona Road, Mineral Point Road, and Whitney Way, the traffic on Rimrock Road is free flowing and convenient. At the same time, the Rimrock interchange is centrally located adjacent to the Alliant Energy Center, providing exceptional access to Madison's downtown, East, and West sides. The campus is also accessible via a network of bike paths and Madison's bus system.
